TO BOOK AN APARTMENT is really easy. Send an e-mail to us with the address of the apartment, time of arrival, term of rent or call us. A confirmed reservation is possible if you stay for more than 5 nights. We don’t confirm reservation if the period of stay is under 5 days, but we’ll definitely find you another apartment of the same level and price.

Residence fee includes: weekly cleaning with bedclothes and towels replacement, electricity, heating, hot and cold water and local telephone network fees (optional);

Additional services (shopping, daily cleaning) may be provided under additional fees;

The fees are indicated in respect of apartments and are not altered in respect of persons living within;

We suggest booking in 1 – 2 weeks advance before arrival because of the limited quantity of apartments at our disposal.
